Contents Production Manager: A great candidate for this role will have previous cleaning, mitigation/ restoration industry experience supervising production crews and jobs, as well coordinating requirements for production, completing job files, and monitor jobs from start to finish.

Summary:
Management of Production Team: • Recruit, hire, train, manage, provide feedback for Production Team members • Assign and coordinate jobs with crews. • Train Production Team on SERVPRO® Contents guidelines and quality standards • Provide regular performance feedback to Production Team and conduct annual performance evaluations • Monitor performance of production staff to ensure compliance with SERVPRO® Contents standards and policies • Perform as Crew Chief on an interim basis as necessary to ensure job site documentation and progress on projects • Monitor staff compliance with all payroll and timekeeping requirements and that timecards are accurate, complete, and timely submitted to payroll department Project Management: • Respond immediately to all calls concerning commercial losses and all calls concerning residential losses within 24 hours • Develop and review job scope to ensure accuracy and clarity • Create project cost estimates by adhering to established pricing schedules and review any alterations or deviations from pricing schedule with Operations Manager or General Manager. • Identify production services, assign time, and materials necessary to develop accurate Contents job estimates • Document, record and submit scope sheets, pictures, and supporting documents into the estimating database • Monitor projects to ensure that project timelines and production costs are maintained at the agreed upon completion date and rates established for the project • Manage scheduling of jobs, staff, resources, and crews to meet SERVPRO® Contents production standards, guidelines, and deadlines Customer Service: • Resolve customer concerns and complaints; escalate these to the operations manager, general manager, or owner as needed • Maintain a pipeline of new business and solicit business from existing and new customers • Act as the Company’s representative and manage the Company’s relationships with customers, homeowners, commercial building owners, facility managers, property management companies, insurance agents, adjusters and consultants
Qualifications:
3+ years experience in the Restoration Industry
1+ year Supervisory/Management experience within the Restoration industry, Contents division preferably
Knowledge of commercial cleaning products, cleaning and restoration equipment, and office technology and procedures
Knowledge of industry safety and risk management best practices to minimize workplace injuries and damage to property and equipment
Knowledge of payroll and timekeeping practices
Strong leadership, management and supervision skills
Ability to effectively communicate with customers and COIs of diverse backgrounds
Superb customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communication skills
Valid Drivers License
