What Youll Do
As Product Marketing Manager for mophie, you will help shape the way the world sees, understands, and experiences our products. Youll bridge product and brand from concept to shelf to unboxing and bring energy, insight, and cohesion to every launch. This is a high-impact role perfect for a strategic and creative marketer with 35 years of experience whos ready to step up, be seen, and grow alongside one of the most iconic names in consumer tech.
Heres How Youll Make Your Mark
Go-To-Market & Brand Leadership
Own the GTM strategy for new mophie products by bringing clarity, creativity, and confidence to every launch Collaborate with Product, Creative, Digital, Channel, and Sales teams to deliver cohesive 360 campaigns Build clear, compelling product positioning, messaging and storytelling that set us apart at retail, online, and in consumers hands Act as the brand guardian and voice of the product to ensure that all product and brand assets are consistent with mophies brand guidelines.
Product Insight & Experience
Be the voice of the customer by gathering and applying insights to shape messaging, packaging, and post-launch performance Improve the out-of-box experience so it reflects our premium brand promise and validates the consumers purchase of our incredible products Track competitor trends and product strategies to keep us ahead of the curve Gather and leverage customer insights, product/brand surveys, and competitive data to inform positioning, GTM plans, and future product development.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the key link between product, marketing, and retail by aligning timelines, assets, and messaging Support Channel Marketing with ready-to-deploy assets and tailored messaging for priority partners Partner with Sales to deliver compelling, conversion-driven content across touchpoints Manage monthly sales NPI decks, provide updates and ensure that its cross-functionally aligned and up to date.
Performance & Feedback
Measure the impact of launches, campaigns, and key assets, then apply the learnings Capture consumer reviews, stories, and feedback that help refine messaging and inspire advocacy Assist in monthly team updates, product spotlights, and internal communications that keep the organization in the know
What Youll Bring
3 to 5 years of experience in product marketing or a related marketing role (consumer electronics or tech accessories is a plus) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, a related field, or relevant work experience A portfolio of successful product launches, especially those driven by strong brand storytelling Strong grasp of digital marketing, e-commerce, and social platforms; bonus if you know your way around Shopify, Amazon, or big box retail Excellent communication skills: written, visual, and verbal with the ability to influence and inspire across departments Analytical instincts that help you turn insights into action Passion for mobile tech, emerging trends, and the mophie mission
