The Director of Marketing is a creative, visionary leader responsible for shaping and executing the brand identity and marketing strategy for our organization, with a strong emphasis on the game day experience. This position requires a dynamic individual who can transform a vision into a tangible plan and guide a team to achieve it.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and branding strategy that enhances the organization's image and drives fan engagement, with a focus on creating an unforgettable game day experience. Lead, mentor, and inspire a marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance. Collaborate closely with key departments, including sponsorship, ticket sales, and advertisement, to ensure marketing initiatives are integrated and aligned with business goals. Oversee the creation and production of all marketing materials, including digital content, print advertisements, promotional events, and social media campaigns. Analyze market trends and fan data to inform strategy and optimize marketing efforts. Act as a brand ambassador, representing the organization at internal and external events. Qualifications Proven experience in a marketing role, with a strong portfolio showcasing success in brand development and marketing strategy. Demonstrated ability to lead a team from strategic vision to successful execution.
