Job Summary:
We're looking for a Digital Acquisition & Marketing Analyst to be the guardian of acquisition cost and account growth performance at MyBambu. This role is not limited to reporting on campaigns - it requires a professional who understands the entire growth funnel, from awareness and installs to account creation, activation, and retention. The objective of this role is to ensure MyBambu acquires the largest number of accounts at the most efficient cost, by analyzing the full 360 ecosystem of media performance, product behavior, and cross-department collaboration. You will serve as the data-driven connector between marketing, product, creative, and development teams, ensuring all functions that influence account creation are aligned and optimizing based on insights. This is a full-time, in-person position reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Own the acquisition funnel performance: monitor, analyze, and optimize from awareness through account creation and activation. Utilize analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, Google Analytics 4, Firebase, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and more to gather, analyze, and interpret data across the funnel. Track and optimize key metrics including cost per install (CPI), cost per account (CPA), account creation rates, and activation rates. Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights to marketing, product, and leadership teams. Partner with media specialists to optimize paid campaigns, ensuring spend efficiency and continuous performance improvements. Collaborate with product, creative, and development teams to identify bottlenecks in the funnel and recommend data-driven improvements. Identify trends in user behavior and acquisition performance, translating findings into growth strategies. Conduct A/B testing and experiments across channels and user journeys to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention. Stay ahead of digital marketing, analytics, and growth industry trends, ensuring MyBambu leverages best-in-class practices. Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong analytical and strategic thinking with proven ability to connect data insights to business impact. Excellent communication skills to influence non-technical stakeholders across multiple departments. Hands-on expertise with marketing analytics tools (AppsFlyer, GA4, Firebase, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads). Ability to build clear dashboards, reports, and presentations that drive executive decision-making. Experience balancing detail-oriented data analysis with a broad growth-focused vision. Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field (Master's degree a plus). 3+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, with a proven focus on acquisition performance and funnel optimization. Proficiency in BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Data Studio. Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and development teams. Certifications in Google Analytics or similar tools are a strong plus. Experience working in fintech, banking, or with high-growth digital products is preferred. Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
