Marketing Business Development Manager

Premier Home Health Care Services, Inc. is a leading established Home Health Care Agency. We currently have an opportunity for a Home Care Business Development/ Marketing Manager to support our Nassau County and Suffolk County, NY locations. The primary responsibility of this role is to expand the companys Long Term Managed Care Programs and increase referral and annualized revenue base by promoting the organization through contact meetings and presentations and attending networking sessions with individuals, associations, departments, organizations and firms who have the capacity to routinely refer clients with home care service needs. Secondary responsibilities include establishing contractual relationships developing programs or services that will satisfy identified unmet needs in the community. Key Functions include: Generate business through an established marketing strategy and business contacts. Develop and implement a marketing and sales strategy designed to achieve growth objectives for designated region. Conduct market research for assigned region to identify region specific targets. Promote the Organization and services on a regional level by recommending, monitoring and analyzing advertising and promotional needs, including direct mail, internet, radio, and print/electronic media. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations for all contract targets. In conjunction with project management and existing operational staff, establish staff and customer training and education materials for all new business opportunities including contract feedback to improve processes with operations team as needed. Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities. Promote and communicate marketing and sales strategy with the regions management team. Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in a business or health related field preferred A minimum of two to three years of program and business development experience in a comparable sized company, establishing marketplace targets and strategies. Proficient in MS Office and Internet research a must. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create and present Power Point presentations and other media to large target audiences. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport building, listening and questioning skills. Ability to execute a strategic plan and marketing strategy.
