Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager Location: LaGrange, GA or hybrid Hours: 8:00 am 5:00 pm Salary: Competitive salary based on experience Position Summary Under the direction of the Marketing Director, the Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across various channels. This role involves leveraging HubSpots marketing automation platform, SEO, email marketing, social media, and website management to drive engagement, generate leads, and increase brand awareness. Responsibilities Design and manage marketing automation workflows in HubSpot, including lead nurturing, email campaigns, and segmentation. Optimize automation processes to improve conversion rates and customer retention. Maintain websites and support SEM strategies to increase traffic. Collaborate with developers and design teams on website updates, landing pages, and digital assets. Execute email marketing campaigns with list management, A/B testing, and performance analysis. Manage social media accounts and implement paid and organic strategies. Coordinate with external vendors, including HubSpot. Track and report on digital marketing efforts, lead generation, and website performance. Perform additional marketing tasks as assigned. Travel up to 15% as required. Qualifications Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field. 5+ years of relevant experience in B2B marketing. Proven ability to work proactively with minimal supervision. Detail-oriented, energetic, and team-oriented. Strong understanding of marketing principles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot. Analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and reporting tools. Experience managing social media and paid search campaigns. Google Ads and Analytics certifications preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
