You'll take ownership of our MarTech stack, ensure data is pristine, and deliver the reporting and analytics that empower our team to move fast and scale smart.You won't just keep the trains running-you'll help design the track. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where you'll partner with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to fuel pipeline growth, increase conversion rates, and make sure every marketing dollar works harder.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister, optimize, and expand our marketing automation platform (HubSpot) and its Salesforce integration to deliver seamless executionBuild and refine scoring, routing, and enrichment processes that ensure sales gets the right leads at the right time.Create and maintain real-time dashboards and campaign performance reports that make it easy to see what's working (and what's not)Implement and manage attribution models that give full visibility into marketing's impact on pipeline and revenueDocument and standardize workflows so campaigns launch faster, cleaner, and with less frictionSupport ABM and demand generation programs with advanced segmentation, targeting, and personalizationWork closely with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing to ensure alignment on KPIs, messaging, and measurementAttract top-tier talent to join our driven teamRequirements4+ years of marketing operations, revenue operations, or similar experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environmentHands-on expertise with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation) and Salesforce CRMStrong grasp of demand generation, ABM, and full-funnel digital marketing best practicesProven experience managing lead scoring, attribution, and campaign tracking at scaleProficiency in analytics and visualization tools (starting with manual analysis in Excel, and moving beyond that in time)Obsessed with process improvement, data accuracy, and efficiencyExcellent communicator who thrives in cross-functional settingsWillingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a weekWhy JoinGrowth and impact. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
