Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Blaster to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces for painting and coating by utilizing various blasting techniques. This role requires a strong attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a team setting. Responsibilities Operate hand tools and equipment for surface preparation, including sandblasting and airless paint spraying. Ensure proper handling and maintenance of blasting equipment to maintain safety and efficiency. Perform industrial painting tasks, applying coatings and finishes according to specifications. Assemble components as needed, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the process. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and materials, reporting any issues or discrepancies promptly. Apply basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to project specifications. Qualifications Proven experience with hand tools and industrial painting techniques is preferred.
