Job DescriptionRole: Associate Creative Director (Beauty/Skincare)Location: Remote or Hybrid in San FranciscoRate: $70/hr DOEThe Planet Group is looking for an Associate Creative Director to work with our beauty/retail client! This is a 6-month contract opportunity, either remote or Hybrid in San Francisco!Associate Creative Director Responsibilities: Own the creative strategy, concept and execution for campaigns across paid, social, digital and in-store Lead campaign alignment cross functionally and present to key stakeholders Mentor and lead a team of art directors and designers, including delegating work to team members Oversee photo and video shoots including on-set direction, ensuring alignment with campaign vision Review and approve work across all campaign's phases from concept through to executionAssociate Creative Director Qualifications: 10+ years' creative direction and design experience working with beauty, fashion and/or lifestyle brands Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma experience a plus! Proven experience leading large-scale 350 campaigns and directing photo and video shoots Experience leading and managing a small creative team, including delegating projects Strong communicator with the ability to present to key stakeholders Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment #LI-TS1#CDM The staffing industry has seen an increase in people falsely representing themselves as recruiters to gather personal information from job seekers.
