As a Product Marketing Manager reporting to the Products team at Crunchtime, you will be responsible for improving sales enablement and internal readiness for new feature releases, and delivering persuasive, differentiated messaging and content to drive awareness and momentum externally. Core responsibilities include: Product Launches:

Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for product launches, ensuring internal alignment across product, sales, and marketing teams for high-impact launches. Messaging and Differentiation:

Lead the development of product naming, messaging, and positioning, highlighting what sets Crunchtime apart and aligning with audience needs. Sales Enablement:

Partner with sales leadership and account executives to create messaging, content, and tools that facilitate the sales process and help meet sales goals. Upsell and Cross-Sell:

Develop points of view, content, and programs to promote cross-selling within existing customers. Customer Success Partnership:

Collaborate with the customer success team to create post-sales content that encourages strategic platform use and maximizes value. Project Management:

Create work-back plans to ensure timely delivery of materials and milestones. Competitive Analysis:

Conduct research to understand strengths, craft competitive messaging, and highlight success stories against competitors. Campaign Collaboration:

Work with demand generation to bring product positioning to life through integrated campaigns. Content Creation:

Develop thought leadership content that resonates with target audiences and showcases category leadership. What were looking for

3-5+ years in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company, preferably with experience across multiple product lines. Strong messaging and positioning skills with previous work examples. Proven success in product launches, project management, and delivering quality work on time. Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management. Ability to execute quickly on small activities and manage strategic projects. Excellent communication skills for internal and external audiences.
