Location: Hybrid in Charlotte Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for a vertical of clients, leading the strategy, execution, and communication across multiple projects and phases Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to deliver cohesive, high-quality campaigns across paid social, paid search, and programmatic Analyze performance data, surface insights, and make strategic recommendations, ensuring campaigns align with business objectives Identify risks, facilitate tough conversations when needed, and maintain accountability across internal and client teams Coach and delegate to junior team members Background That Fits: 35 years of experience in account management within a digital or integrated agency environment Familiarity with paid media channels, including paid social, paid search, and programmatic, and how they contribute to full-funnel strategy Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple clients and projects, including cross-agency collaboration and client education Strong relationship-building and consultative skills, with a strategic mindset focused on long-term brand and business growth Comfortable owning client strategy, coaching junior team members, and navigating complex client structures Seniority level
