This critical leadership position is designed to transform the company’s capabilities and empower smarter marketing strategies while generating new revenue streams through strategic data partnerships and unique insights. The ideal candidate will: Architect and launch a state-of-the-art marketing sciences practice. Develop a comprehensive strategic data roadmap. Cultivate a culture of innovation within our analytics, strategy, and data engineering teams. Provide both strategic and technical direction regarding the integration of AI within the data practice. Oversee all data strategy initiatives, ensuring the company remains a leader in privacy, identity, and data governance best practices. Candidates should possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in marketing analytics, data strategy, consulting, or media sciences, with a strong preference for those with agency backgrounds. A proven ability to build and enhance high-performance analytics or marketing sciences teams is essential. Candidates must also demonstrate advanced knowledge of data partnerships, clean room solutions, digital audience strategies, and data privacy regulations. This role demands an exceptional leader with outstanding communication skills, the capability to engage diverse stakeholders, and a knack for strategic thinking. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and an advanced degree in a quantitative field is a significant advantage.
