Assembly member is looking for a creative, driven, and organized Communications Director to lead the office's media, messaging, and constituent communications! Based primarily in Albany with regular travel to East Harlem and around New York State, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to craft compelling narratives, and is ready to make a real difference. Spanish-bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply! Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Political Science, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. 2+ years of professional experience in a communications-related role (political, government, nonprofit, or media preferred). Location: Albany, NY (with regular travel to the 68th District and around New York State) Some positions may require additional credentials or a background check to verify your identity.
