The Payroll, HR & Marketing Support Specialists Responsibilities

• Run weekly payroll using Miter & ADP; ensure accuracy & compliance
• Handle payroll reports with confidentiality & precision
• Support marketing via content, social media, & website updates
• Assist HR tasks like payroll records & benefits questions
• Use tools like HRIS & Canva; multitask & collaborate well
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years payroll experience + familiarity with ADP, Paycom, or Workday
• Marketing interest or experience + basic knowledge of tools like Canva & social media
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and communication skills
• Bonus: Multi-state payroll & design/scheduling tools experience
