Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Mobile Offer Management is responsible for developing Mobile pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies to grow market share and enhance customer relationships. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to assess products, services, and device opportunities, quantify financial and customer benefits, and develop frameworks to implement, report, and refine initiatives. The position supports the strategy of a converged Broadband and Mobile offering, focusing on the Mobile/Wireless product for Residential and Spectrum Business segments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in the mobile wireless business, analytical skills, ability to collaborate at all organizational levels, and executive presence for presenting to senior leadership. Capable of driving data-driven insights and synthesizing recommendations for executive audiences.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product and business partners to identify product, plan, and device promotional opportunities aligned with business goals; recommend pricing, offers, and promotional changes to senior leadership.
- Build business cases with Analytics and Revenue teams supporting marketing initiatives; review financial models and track key financial metrics.
- Support efforts to simplify and improve customer experience; work with Sales and Customer Ops to identify pain points and improvements.
- Enhance offer presentation and prioritization within agent tools to target appropriate customers.
- Ensure offer implementation and usage adhere to business rules.
- Work with Marketing Science, Marketing Intelligence, Business Intelligence, and other groups to improve reporting and tracking capabilities.
- Maintain procedures for review, approval, and adjustment of offers based on economic and competitive changes.
- Maintain market playbook of promotional offers and retail pricing.
- Manage promotional roll-off programs and ensure correct pricing during roll processes.
- Handle ad hoc projects and reporting requests from business leaders.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Analytical and interpretative skills
- Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources
- Strong analytical skills with systematic approach
- Effective prioritization and organization
- High proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas and pivot tables
- Ability to translate trends into executive reports and presentations
- Effective communication via email, calls, and PowerPoint
Education and Experience
- BS/BA in Marketing, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 6-7 years of related experience in Marketing, Pricing, or Finance
