and play a key role in our collaborative, data-driven marketing team. Salary Range:

$67,000 to $76,000 annually, with actual pay based on various factors such as experience, education, and responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Brand Voice & Messaging Strategy: Develop and maintain the brand voice across all public-facing channels and materials. Create tailored messaging frameworks, templates, and copy resources for targeted audiences and platforms. Lead copywriting for major campaigns and manage freelance writers as necessary. Ensure alignment of all messaging with the brand's positioning and marketing goals. Marketing Campaigns & Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to refine strategic messaging that maximizes revenue and enhances guest visits, incorporating audience insights. Implement multi-channel messaging strategies for seasonal campaigns and key resort offerings. Work with marketing managers to create integrated content aligning with creative briefs and goals. Social Media Management: Lead the social media strategy across all key platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest. Develop engaging content that embodies our brand values while balancing promotional and operational updates. Utilize social media and content strategies to boost revenue, engagement, and conversions. Oversee a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely execution of marketing goals. Coordinate with Operations and PR teams for timely resort updates and marketing integration. Manage community interactions to foster strong relationships with audiences and address sensitive issues effectively. Collaborate with product teams to align content strategies with product launches and promotions. Develop and execute social media marketing strategies for seasons and initiatives, tracking performance metrics. Work with the PR team to handle crisis communications on social platforms. Team up with the Visual Content Specialist on creating visual assets for content strategy. Stay informed on social media trends and innovations to keep our presence engaging. Analytics & Paid Media: Assist in selecting creative for paid media campaigns, offering insights based on performance data. Manage the paid social media budget in conjunction with the Marketing Manager. Track and report on social media content performance metrics. Blog Content & Strategy: Lead the blog strategy to engage audiences and enhance brand affinity. Ensure blog content is aligned with brand messaging and target audiences. Maximize reach through collaboration with marketing teams. Leadership: Mentor the Social Media & Content Specialist, fostering their growth. Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve broader marketing objectives. Promote a culture of innovation and teamwork within the marketing team. Experience & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience in social media management and marketing. Experience in hospitality, travel, or experiential brands is preferred. Passion for outdoor activities and connection to a mountain lifestyle is highly desirable. Physical Requirements: Able to lift and carry a minimum of 40 pounds occasionally. Manual dexterity to use a computer and office equipment constantly. Auditory and visual acuity to operate office equipment. Ability to work long hours sitting, bending, and speaking. Capable of standing or walking for extended periods as needed. Working Conditions: This position is primarily indoors with occasional outdoor responsibilities. Employees may experience varying weather conditions while working on the mountain. The work environment is typically moderate in noise level with minimal travel required, primarily locally. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
