What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead end-to-end projects and implementations of marketing technology solutions using Agile methodologies
- Design and optimize customer journey mapping initiatives in collaboration with marketing teams
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment across various business functions
- Drive change management initiatives to promote the adoption of new marketing processes and technologies
- Utilize data and analytics to inform decisions and optimize marketing performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- 7+ years of project management experience with at least 4 years in B2B SaaS marketing or marketing technology
- 2+ years of experience implementing Agile methodologies in marketing or cross-functional environments
- Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing Agile teams
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS marketing funnels and customer acquisition strategies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS companies
- Advanced Agile certifications (Certified Scrum Professional, SAFe Program Consultant, etc.)
- Certification in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications in marketing
