About the Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive, data-driven, and customer-focused Websites & Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to lead the success and growth of Monin North Americas web and ecommerce sites. This role is critical to optimizing customer experience, driving sales, and supporting strategic initiatives across our Shopify-based websites. The ideal candidate will bring technical fluency, cross-functional collaboration skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.

What Youll Do

Website and Ecommerce Management:

oOwn daily operations and maintenance of Monin.us and Monin.ca websites.

oMonitor website performance, user experience, and site functionality.

oPartner with developers to resolve technical issues and implement enhancements.

oEnsure content accuracy and compliance with US and Canada laws, policy, and best practices (e.g., as ADA, bilingual, privacy, tax).

Customer Experience Optimization:

oLead personalization, retention and upsell strategic projects, including reviews, search, recommendations, loyalty, subscriptions gift bundles, to increase customer satisfaction and sales

oImplement A/B testing and usability studies to optimize website elements, including landing pages, checkout, and product pages.

oCollaborate with customer service to resolve issues and improve satisfaction.

Data Analysis and Performance Management:

oAnalyze traffic, conversion, and customer behavior insights to prioritize action plans for maximizing success and performance improvement.

oCollaborate with internal teams to prioritize actions based on data insights.

oUnderstand and support ecommerce marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase sales, and improve conversion rates.

oSet up promotional campaigns and seasonal initiatives in coordination with communications.

oExecute SEO improvements in coordination with website developers.

oMaintain brand consistency across all ecommerce touchpoints.

Collaboration and Coordination:

oWork closely with cross-functional teams, including communications, sales, product, and customer service, to align ecommerce strategies with overall business goals.

oManage relationships with external vendors and partners to support ecommerce initiatives.

Other Qualifications & Considerations

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in ecommerce marketing or website management.
  • Proficiency in Shopify and ecommerce tools (search, recommendations, reviews, loyalty, customer support, subscriptions).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and project management tools (ClickUp preferred)

Preferred Skills:

  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and ecommerce best practices.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and KPI dashboards.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
  • Familiarity with AI marketing tools and emerging ecommerce technologies.
