• Job Opportunity: Marketing & Communications Coordinator
• Location: W37 One West 37th Street, New York, NY 10018
• Contract Duration: 6 months with a high possibility of extension.
• Schedule: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Pay rate: $28.57/Hour on W2 | W/O Benefits

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

• Reporting and analytics: Must be proficient with Excel, Google analytics and Adobe Analytics and be able to interpret data.
• Presentation development: Able to build PowerPoint slides and other presentations as needed.
• Asset management: Maintain monthly brand updates of creative digital tool kit.
• Writing support for emails and newsletters: Attention to detail in supporting different brands and doctor affiliations.
• Graphic design and video support: Basic knowledge of creative platforms and applications.
• Podcast support: Help in the creation of the eye care podcast; content, preparation, and production needs.
• Meeting notes and recaps: Manage meeting notes and follow ups.
