This role will be instrumental in planning and executing impactful events and integrated campaigns that accelerate pipeline, deepen partner engagement, and strengthen our brand.Role OverviewThe Field Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing the strategy, planning, execution, and measurement of regional events and campaigns (both in-person and virtual) across the Americas. This individual will work cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, and Vertical teams to deliver measurable marketing impact.This is a remote role based in North Carolina, U.S., reporting to the Senior Director of Americas Marketing.Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Strategy & Planning Develop and manage a regional event plan that builds brand presence, engages partners, and drives pipeline. Evaluate and prioritize events based on ROI and strategic alignment. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure event messaging aligns with go-to-market priorities. Support integrated campaigns from concept through execution and reporting. Manage quarterly event budgets and optimize spend for maximum impact. Leverage data insights to refine strategies and report marketing contribution. Communicate event strategy and best practices to Sales teams. Drive internal awareness of company's event participation through communications.Event Support, Execution & Logistics Manage end-to-end planning and logistics for regional events, trade shows, and webinars. Coordinate event logistics including booth setup, shipping, Wi-Fi, electricity, registration, and promotional items. Build event registration pages, lead retrieval systems, and campaign tracking tools. Execute pre-, during-, and post-event campaigns using Marketo and Client. Maintain accurate event trackers and ensure clean lead data for follow-up. Develop scalable "event-in-a-box" kits with assets for partner-hosted events.Lead Management & Reporting Maintain and update regional event trackers with details, costs, Client campaign links, and leads. Track, analyze, and report on event performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI. Clean and process post-event leads to ensure accuracy and completeness. Partner with Sales to ensure timely lead follow-up and opportunity tracking.Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or integrated B2B marketing. Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills. Proficiency in Client, Marketo, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work a Monday - Friday schedule.Preferred Qualifications Experience in field marketing or channel marketing within the technology or networking industry. Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence across teams.
