Specifically, we are seeking a proven growth and lifecycle marketing leader to design and scale our direct-to-patient marketing engine - driving patient acquisition, engagement, conversion, and long-term monetization Reporting to the SVP and Chief Communication Officer, this leader will develop and own the strategy and execution of integrated, multi-channel, patient-focused marketing campaigns and activations to drive measurable business impact. Architect and optimize workflows, systems, and marketing automation to move patients down funnel through audience segmentation, personalization and scalable campaign execution.

Lead and expand Zimmer Biomet's celebrity ambassador program, building community and patient networks, identifying additional influencer opportunities, and integrating campaigns into the broader marketing funnel to drive engagement, conversions, and measurable downstream impact.
Apply patient insights, market research, and behavioral data to inform brand positioning, differentiate Zimmer Biomet in the marketplace, and identify new opportunities to deliver value to patients and to the business.
Lead campaign execution with operational rigor, ensuring strategies are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable ROI.
Oversee patient-facing content and messaging across digital channels (search, display, social, email, communities, partnerships, point-of-care), ensuring clarity, consistency, and conversion effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional partners to align patient and provider communications and market development programs; develop sales and lead generation strategies, campaigns and workflows; ensure compliance; and strengthen downstream impact.
Foster influential partnerships and direct a network of external agencies and creative partners, while building internal team capabilities, to ensure Zimmer Biomet delivers innovative, patient-centered campaigns that expand reach and drive measurable downstream impact.

Required Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of related experience, or High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 15+ years of related experience required.
Proven success in direct-to-patient, consumer healthcare or direct-to-consumer marketing, with experience designing and scaling multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement, conversion and measurable business outcomes.
Demonstrated expertise in leveraging data, performance metrics and patient insights to optimize campaigns, segment audiences, measure ROI and improve funnel progression and lifecycle management.
Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing processes, workflows, and automation systems to enable scalable, efficient, and personalized campaigns.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a patient-first mindset.
Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines for patient communications.
