ORGANIZATIONAL INFORMATION

Executive Director and Director of Sales and Marketing of the Communities served and prospects and their families for placement into a Community
GENERAL SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Director of Sales and Marketing, this role supports the strategic efforts to generate and manage leads through the sales pipeline. The Sales and Marketing Manager plays a key role in guiding prospective residents through the process of moving into their new home, utilizing both traditional and non-traditional marketing strategies. This position is focused on achieving monthly objectives for resident move-ins and net gains, while ensuring optimal occupancy rates are maintained.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The job duties listed are essential functions of the position. However, other duties may be assigned, and may also be considered essential functions of the position.
- Provides Essential Administrative Support. Responsible for supporting the Director of Sales and Marketing with core administrative functions critical to the daily operations of the department. This includes managing parking assignments, attending departmental meetings, maintaining internal waitlists, and assisting with the creation and distribution of brochures and other marketing collateral. Serves as a key point of coordination to ensure that administrative processes are consistent, timely, and aligned with department goals.
- Supports the Execution of Marketing Strategies. Works under the direction of the Director of Sales and Marketing to implement marketing plans at the local level. This includes organizing and activating events, advertising, promotions, public relations, and community engagement opportunities to increase visibility and attract prospective residents.
- Manages Inquiries and Sales Process . Responsible for the professional handling of all incoming inquiries. Manages the sales process through first inquiry to receipt of deposit to move-in in relation to the representation, negotiation and promotion of the Community to that individual. Proficiency in CRM platforms such as WelcomeHome, ALINE, HubSpot, or similar systems is essential for tracking leads, managing communication, and maintaining accurate sales records throughout the process.
- Engages with Prospective Residents and Influencers: Works closely with prospective residents, their families, and key influencers (such as physicians, attorneys, and trust officers) to generate leads and facilitate a smooth transition into the Community. This includes regular communication through phone calls, home or office visits, events, seminars, and tours, as appropriate.
- Coordinates Move-In Preparations : Collaborates with various departments to ensure that accommodations are ready for new residents. This includes working with Environmental Services and Maintenance to prepare units and communicating any special needs of incoming residents to the appropriate personnel.
- Plans and Coordinates Events. Collaborates with local sales and marketing teams, as well as external organizations, to create, plan, and execute both internal and external events. These events are designed to engage prospective residents, current leads, and key influencers and may include seminars, themed events, family nights, and other community activities. Coordination with various Community departments and key staff members is essential to ensure successful on- and off-site marketing events.
