Savanta is on a bold journey - transforming from a traditional market research firm into a tech-first, insights-driven leader. We're looking for a visionary Global Head of Marketing to lead this evolution, driving brand growth, client engagement, and commercial impact across borders.
This role can be based in our London or NYC office, with the expectation to be in the office 2-3 days a week and travel for one week every other month.
About the Role
The Head of Marketing will be a recognized leader and figurehead in the business, working closely across teams to drive our PR & Brand agenda, supporting growth and profitability, best practice and service excellence.
Acting as a unifying leader across functions and geographies, this role will own the go-to-market strategy, align senior stakeholders, oversee agency partnerships, manage budgets, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

About You
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, own the go-to-market strategy, and ensure our message resonates across every channel and region. From PR and content to demand generation and sales enablement, you'll be at the heart of our transformation.

To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Proven expertise in B2B marketing including lead generation, awareness building (for example via PR and speaking at events), content marketing, and social marketing.
- Experience in tech, SaaS, professional services, or data-driven sectors.
- Proven success in managing international marketing strategies and teams.
- Strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing metrics and KPIs.
- Adaptability to fast-paced, evolving environments.
