As Senior Product Marketing Manager, Broadband Portfolio Revenue Strategy on the Home Internet Marketing team, you'll be a key player in shaping the future of T-Mobile's broadband portfoliospanning both 5G Home Internet and T-Mobile Fiber. You'll help differentiate our brand and offerings in an increasingly competitive and rapidly evolving space.
What You'll Do
- Identify and evaluate new broadband products, services, and experiences that solve real customer pain points.
- Define the long-term vision for T-Mobile's broadband portfolio expansionexploring areas such as advanced cybersecurity, tech support, backup connectivity, and more.
- Build business cases and financial models to evaluate new initiatives, measuring success through metrics like conversion, subscriber growth, and revenue impact.
- Develop strategic briefs, define target customer segments, and lead market sizing to inform prioritization and development.
- Uncover and assess partnership opportunities that align with our strategy and unlock new revenue and ARPU streams.
- Lead consumer research, competitive analysis, and industry trend monitoring to shape innovative and differentiated solutions.
- Collaborate across product, brand, retail, and partner teams to develop positioning, messaging, launch plans, and customer-facing content.
- Manage the full go-to-market lifecyclefrom concept to launch to ongoing performance optimization.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or product marketing within a high-growth or Fortune 500 company.
- A proven track record in driving long-term growth strategies and expanding product portfolios with high-impact offerings.
- Experience leading successful product launches and optimizing post-launch performance using KPIs and customer insights.
- A strategic, analytical mindset with a strong grasp of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and innovation trends.
