Executive Director of Marketing
to lead the strategy and execution of Bleakleys marketing engine. This executive-level role will drive a dual-channel strategy to attract and convert: Prospective Clients who may be seeking to work with our talented advisors. Wealth Advisors who are a cultural and strategic fit for Bleakley Financial Group The ideal candidate is a strategic builder who can architect multi-channel campaigns, shape brand narratives, and collaborate closely with leadership, advisors, and external partners to drive measurable growth. Key Responsibilities Strategic Brand & Channel Leadership Develop and lead a comprehensive marketing strategy across digital, content, PR, and advisor enablement channels. Position Bleakley as the platform of choice for growth-focused advisors and a trusted home for clients seeking more from their wealth management experience. Own the firms website, digital footprint, and social media presence ensuring they support advisor recruiting and client confidence. Track and report on key KPIs (engagement, advisor usage, campaign ROI, lead conversion). Sales and Acquisition Campaigns Build scalable, repeatable channel strategies to support advisor growth through: Niche marketing powered by digital content and AI tools COI engagement strategies to activate referral networks Multi-generational wealth messaging and campaigns Launch digital campaigns to engage prospects via SEO/SEM, paid media, social, email, and thought leadership. Develop sales collateral, pitch decks, and custom prospect materials for both advisors and acquisition prospects. Build scalable advisor toolkits for client segmentation, referral campaigns, and prospecting. Partner with Chief Growth Officer to support M&A outreach and pipeline activity. Enable onboarding success for new advisors and acquired teams with plug-and-play communication tools and positioning. Growth Marketing Campaigns Enhance advisor pitch materials to tell the Bleakley story. Develop campaigns to attract targeted advisors and teams to one point. Organic Growth: Equip our advisors to deepen client relationships, capture more wallet share, and prospect more effectively. Inorganic Growth: Support the firms acquisition strategy with campaigns and positioning that attract elite advisory teams and make them want to join Bleakley. Develop and manage a content calendar that spans PR, blogs, videos, whitepapers, webinars and events, email campaigns, and more. Ensure consistent, high-quality messaging across advisor and firm communications. Tailor content to both prospective clients and advisors at key moments in the client experience lifecycle (e.g., discovery, transition, onboarding, growth). Oversee all outbound client communications, from newsletters to market updates to event invites. Build campaign sequences (email, video, direct mail) to support advisor-level and firm-level outreach. Ensure all messaging aligns with Bleakleys brand voice: high-touch, professional, and growth-oriented. Marketing Infrastructure & Optimization Own and optimize the firms marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, analytics platforms). Maintain and enhance a suite of marketing communications, ensuring consistency in design, voice, and compliance across channels. Define KPIs and leverage insights to iterate on strategy and improve ROI. Lead internal marketing resources and manage a network of external agencies and contractors. Support hiring, onboarding, and mentorship as the marketing team scales with the firm. Skills & Qualifications Required: 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a focus on financial services, fintech, or the independent advisor ecosystem. Deep understanding of client acquisition, advisor recruitment, and brand positioning in a regulated environment. Strategic and tactical marketing capabilities across content, digital, and field marketing. Strong brand and storytelling instincts - especially when tailoring complex messages to clients, advisors, and prospects. Track record of partnering with sales or growth teams to drive measurable revenue or asset growth. Experience building scalable marketing systems (CRM, email automation, campaign tracking). Understanding of the RIA, broker-dealer, or independent advisor landscape a strong plus. Experience building marketing infrastructure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and marketing automation preferred. Knowledge of FINRA/SEC compliance for marketing communications preferred.
