We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Advertising Agent to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing advertising strategies that promote our real estate listings and brand presence. Responsibilities
Develop and implement advertising campaigns for residential and commercial listings
Coordinate with design and content teams to create impactful promotional materials
Analyze and monitor campaign performance across multiple channels
Identify trends and target audiences to optimize outreach strategies
Maintain strong relationships with media outlets and vendors
Track advertising budgets and ensure cost-effective strategies
Assist in creating marketing reports and presentation materials
Stay up to date with industry developments and competitor activities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
1–3 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a related role
Knowledge of real estate advertising is a strong plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficiency with advertising platforms and analytics tools
Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual aesthetics
