Join a growing design team as an AutoCAD Drafter specializing in precast concrete products . This role is ideal for drafters with 3–5+ years of experience looking to expand into custom structural projects like bridges and ramps . You'll work closely with engineers to produce detailed shop drawings and contribute to innovative infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed AutoCAD drawings for precast concrete components
• Develop full shop drawing sets from sketches, concepts, and engineering input
• Ensure dimensional accuracy and structural alignment
• Collaborate with engineering teams to meet project goals and timelines

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of AutoCAD drafting experience (2013 or newer)
• Strong skills in layer management, scaling, X-referencing, and plotting
• Experience with precast concrete or structural drafting is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• No C2C or C2H candidates will be considered
• Applicants need to be eligible for a DOD security clearance
