Duties
- Manage matters within creditors' rights, including foreclosure, bankruptcy, and debt collection cases.
- Draft, review, and approve legal pleadings and related documents.
- Handle hearings, mediations, depositions, and client updates.
- Partner with clients to deliver timely and effective legal strategies.
- Contribute to special projects and firm initiatives.
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate (JD).
- Member in good standing with the state bar.
- Experience in creditors' rights or related practice areas is a plus.
- Strong communication, advocacy, and organizational skills.
