- Requirements: Two years of prior marketing experience is preferred.
- Pay Range: $20.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour.

Job Summary
Summary: Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of food service programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer telephones and direct inquiries professionally.
- Maintain confidential personnel files.
- Assist management with confidential employment and labor documents.
- Assist with staffing, including finding staff when employees call out.
- Work effectively with co-workers, school personnel, administrators, parents, and Supervisor.
- Complete and maintain records of students eligible for free/reduced lunches if applicable.
- Enter weekly cash sales and meal counts using computer.
- Perform daily bank deposit reconciliation.
- Process vendor invoices, ensuring correct addition and pricing.
- Perform monthly vendor statement reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly state claim forms for reimbursement.
- Assist in preparing end-of-month financial reports.
- Attend in-service and safety meetings as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
