Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee marketing projects from start to finish, establishing deadlines and milestones, ensuring projects stay within budget, and providing team members with necessary resources and tools.
- Manage complex projects through all phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing.
- Manage Project Management systems like Click-Up and Excel daily, creating automations, workflows, and dashboards, including working within client project management software.
- Collaborate daily with the team to ensure projects are properly scoped.
- Keep stakeholders informed throughout project lifecycle.
- Monitor metrics to meet key milestones, keep projects on budget, and compare campaign results with expectations.
- Execute operational processes efficiently.
- Ensure departments have resources and support, stepping in hands-on during growth phases.
- Resolve operational and communication issues related to marketing projects and propose improvements.
- Maintain company culture and occupational health and safety standards.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to support executive decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key vendors and strategic partners.
- Create PowerPoint presentations and deliver sales pitches as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in an agency project management role handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to use analytics and performance insights to inform strategies, optimize workflows, and achieve measurable outcomes.
- Deep understanding of processes, behaviors, and trends related to customer preferences, market dynamics, and operational efficiency.
- Strong communication skills with clients and internal teams, including executives.
- 3-5 years in digital media and marketing.
- Certification in Project Management.
- Passion for marketing and operations.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills with initiative to research and try new tasks.
