The Houston Dynamo Football Club (HDFC) is a multi-faceted organization dedicated to inspiring and supporting soccer participation and growth in Houston, TX and beyond. The Clubs brands include men's and women's professional teams - the Houston Dynamo (MLS) and Houston Dash (NWSL), a development academy, Houston Dynamo Dash Charities, as well as Shell Energy Stadium and Houston Sports Park.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Houston Dynamo Football Club is seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Coordinator, Integrated Marketing. The Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the marketing team to execute marketing initiatives, activations, and promotional programs that engage fans and drive brand awareness. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Integrated Marketing, this role will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of promotional campaigns, coordinating with third-party retail partners, league licensees and other key stakeholders, ensuring all merchandise meets the Clubs brand standards.
The position requires a highly organized and collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is passionate about sports marketing, branding and fan engagement.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the planning and execution of key initiatives and activations
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Charities, Ticketing, and Partnerships, to elevate marketing plans
- Support matchday activations, including fan giveaways, promotional campaigns, and on-site engagements
- Work with the Marketing team to identify collaboration opportunities with local artists and influencers to support and energize overall marketing plans
- Coordinate marketing assets and ensure they align with the overall brand strategy
- Develop and manage the matchday promotional calendar, including the procurement, promotion, and distribution of all promotional items (e.g., gate giveaways, ticket incentives, etc.)
- Serve as the primary liaison for third-party retail operators, ensuring stadium team store and other point of sale showcase merchandise in a premium way to meet revenue targets
- Manage the internal process for all promotional items requested by other departments, and work with third-party vendors to develop branded products, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
- Additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field required
- Minimum of 1 year of full-time sports marketing experience or extensive sports and entertainment internship experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) - required
- Knowledge of, or willing to learn, emerging trends in fashion and consumer products
- Available to work non-traditional hours including home matches, evening, weekends, and some holidays as needed
