HEIGHTS IN SPANISH SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
The social media manager must stay up-to-date with the latest digital and social media technologies, algorithms, and trends. The manager should possess excellent communication skills and creatively promote The Heights in Spanish online, ensuring high web traffic and customer engagement. The manager will ensure that The Heights in Spanish presence on social networks reflects our values, mission, and vision.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Communication Strategy & Execution
- Develop digital communication strategy including overall social media strategy
- Develop and maintain social media processes
- Create content and publish in accordance with social media strategy & processes
- Create, edit, publish, and share compelling content on a predetermined schedule, as well as spontaneously when events or information require it.
Photographer at Church Events
- Take photos at major church events
- Edit and publish photos promptly
Other communication channel support
- Assist and provide strategic input as new communication channels are developed (e.g., podcast, texting platform, etc.)
- Coordinate with volunteers to meet the HIS Social Media needs
- Create graphic designs for various HIS Social Media needs
Collaborate with HIS Sunday Services
- Collaborate with HIS Ministers on special events and quarterly calendar planning
Ensure Accurate, Timely Response to Communication Requests (Phone or Email)
- Manage email, voicemail, and communication requests promptly, within one week
- Build trust by maintaining confidentiality
- Respond professionally, discreetly, and with a service-oriented attitude
Serve as a Team Player with the Staff
- Demonstrate loyalty and relational unity with ministers and teammates
- Support teammates to facilitate department-wide success
- Prioritize the teams goals over personal agendas

RELATIONSHIPS
Reports to: HIS Lead Pastor, with a collaborative relationship with the Executive Pastor of Operations, HIS Associate Minister, HIS Administrative Assistant, and other staff members. Must be coachable, available, responsive, and committed to a Christ-like relationship based on love, truth, and unity.
