Job Description

JOB TYPE: FULL TIME

COMPENSATION RANGE: $600-$800 WEEKLY

We are Birmingham's ultimate marketing firm with exceptional customer service that offers financial rewards and promotions determined by performance. Our clients need high energy, upbeat individuals with great customer service skills to represent them!

We are planning large-scale expansion for this year and are in need of new entry-level employees with fresh ideas.

We provide competitive pay and all openings are entry-level - ideal for graduates or individuals looking for a career change.

Our ideal candidate will match the following criteria:
No experience is necessary, but professionalism and integrity are a must!
Have a go-getter attitude and a desire to be the best
Be coachable and open to learning old and new marketing strategies
Be adaptable and ready to face and overcome challenges in their day-to-day
Are sports-minded and have a do "what it takes" mentality
Able to work 30-40 hours a week

Responsibilities include:
Implementation of marketing plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies, and market strategy insights
Discovery of strategic business opportunities through cross functional collaboration with sales, HR, etc.
Marketing opportunity for revenue
Build relationships with clientele and management
Generate new sales leads
Provide product/service support in order to establish proper channels of information and communication
Stay up to date on new services/products
Attending conference calls, meetings, and informational training sessions with clients, trainers, management, and brand representatives

Qualifications

Qualifications:
2 year or Bachelors Degree preferred, but will accept H.S Diploma or G.E.D.
Understanding of marketing, including product positioning, pricing, promotions, market research, sales, and distribution.
Should be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently. Need strong ability to set priorities, solve problems, and be resourceful under pressure.
Ability to generate the maximum return through effective marketing strategies and direction.
Excellent leadership abilities
Ability to be flexible, resilient, and thrive in a dynamic, rapid paced environment
