Responsibilities
- Customer facing responsibilities: Accountable for holistic planning, execution & optimization for Club (Costco/Sams Club); on-delivery platforms include but not limited to Amazon, Instacart, DoorDash
- Analytics lead for the omni-shopper group responsible for channel reporting, program and media metrics analysis, and quarterly scorecards and budget management
- Team leadership overseeing digital shelf management with internal design teams and agencies
- This role sits inside the Marketing function at Tillamook. The expectation is that this role will partner with our internal Sales team and key internal marketing contacts.
- Manage and maximize omni-shopper marketing budget, coordinating shopper investment with trade plans to deliver one plan to retailers
- Own the geo/account Omni-Shopper marketing plan from strategy development to overseeing execution and analytics
- Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy across all tactics including paid social, search, programmatic, as well as retail media and shopper marketing
- Develop proposed Omni-Shopper plans for all new item sell-in retail meetings and attend as needed with the Sales Leads
- Lead quarterly scorecard and channel reporting in collaboration with CMI (Customer Marketing Insights) and agencies
- Responsible for reporting and maintaining budget management tools
- Oversee digital shelf management with brand design and agencies/contractors content, reviews and creative strategy for the group
- Own the relationship with external agencies, vendors, Tillamook Sales and Marketing internal teams
- Keep Tillamook Sales and Marketing informed on paid search and e-commerce results
- Ensure coordination and cross-pollination of all marketing efforts across sales channels and retail environments
- Research new Omni-shopper marketing opportunities, competitor research, create marketing presentations, and other marketing tasks
- Coordinate with Marketing and CMI (Customer Marketing Insights)
- Provide support to the Director for major projects, account maintenance, and upskilling
- Assist with channel excellence and other marketing planning deliverables required of the Integrated Marketing Team
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, data science or related field
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on performance and growth marketing. Agency, Brand, and RMN (Retail Media Networks) experience is preferred
- Experience leading shopper marketing initiatives in CPG or retail environments
- Strong analytical mindset and fluency in performance KPIs and attribution models
- Knowledge of paid search and other e-commerce levers is required
- Digital shelf strategy and execution is beneficial
- Familiarity with RMNs (Retail Media Networks) structures, dashboards, and reporting is beneficial
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues; ability to collaborate across multiple departments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task with excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Occasional night or weekend work
- Attention to detail and ability to work with ambiguity
- Interest in strategic planning, evolving processes, team building, and continuous skills improvement
- Proficiency with computer systems; Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a plus
