We are seeking a highly skilled and seasoned professional to join our team as a Piping & Equipment Layout Lead Designer. This position requires a minimum of 15 years of experience in the Process Chemical and Polymer industries, showcasing your expertise in leading complex design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive piping and equipment layouts and detailed stack-up drawings.
• Create precise piping orthographic and isometric drawings.
• Lead and oversee project-level piping design with full design accountability.
• Collaborate effectively with various engineering disciplines and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare accurate piping cost estimates for different stages of project development.
• Conduct fieldwork to gather essential design data and insights.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 15 years of relevant industry experience.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD Plant 3D and Navisworks software.
• Exceptional leadership and coordination skills.
• A passion for mentoring junior designers and engineers.

Work Environment & Benefits:

• Enjoy a hybrid work schedule with 3 in-office days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 remote days.
• Earn a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000, commensurate with experience.
