Tavily is building the search engine for AI agents. Our API powers Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and real-time reasoning by connecting LLMs to trustworthy web content. We work with top AI teams from startups to enterprises enabling sales assistants, research copilots, and knowledge tools.

Were hiring a Head of Marketing to build our marketing function from the ground up. This is a rare chance to shape our brand, define a new category, and create the growth engine that takes us from early traction to market leadership. Youll work directly with the CEO and leadership team, turning technical capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with developers, startups, and enterprises.

What youll do

Responsibilities

  • Define Tavilys brand, positioning, and GTM strategy
  • Lead launches and multi-channel growth campaigns
  • Build and optimize the marketing funnel, from awareness to expansion
  • Drive content, community, and thought leadership in AI
  • Hire and lead a high-impact marketing team as we scale

What were looking for

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS, APIs, or infrastructure marketing (3+ in leadership)
  • Experience with developer-first or AI/ML products
  • Proven record of scaling technical products to adoption
  • Strong storytelling across writing, visuals, and presentations
  • Based in NYC or open to relocating
