Join us as a Sales & Marketing Assistant!
In this role, youll help keep our community vibrant by connecting with new prospects, giving engaging tours, and managing move-ins and move-outs. Youll also assist our sales team with follow-ups, events, and lead engagement.

This position is required to be on site.

What Youll Do:

• Support the Sales Team to maintain 95%+ occupancy.
• Plan events and activities that showcase our community and connect with new prospects.
• Create positive buzz by building relationships with families and community members.
• Conduct personalized visits and use your skills to uncover needs and match them with our offerings.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional experience for residents and prospects.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule tours, and manage deposits and fees.
• Ensure our community always makes a great first impression.

Is This You?

• A background in Marketing or Sales, preferably with experience in senior care or healthcare.
• A strong communicator who excels at building relationships.
• A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for helping seniors.
• Willingness to cover some weekends.
