Digital Marketing Coordinator

Our client in the health and wellness space is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator, focused on member retention and engagement, for a 5-month contract. This role is: Onsite in the western suburbs, 3-4 days/week, 40 hours/week, starts ideally by late August/September 1st at the latest, through January 15th, 2026 (covering a maternity leave).

High-level summary: Our client is seeking a Digital Marketer to support campaigns and communications that keep their digital members engaged by encouraging mobile app exploration, feature discovery, and interaction with their products and services.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and executing campaigns that drive digital member engagement and retention
  • Gather and organize feedback, usage data, and campaign results to identify trends and opportunities
  • Gather updates across their digital channels - web, app, email, message center, push notifications - to keep content fresh and relevant
  • Collaborate with teams across creative, analytics, retail, content and more to bring campaigns to life, track performance and find opportunities to enhance the member experience
  • Support the creation of journey maps, campaign briefs and content outlines
  • Partner with internal teams to develop personalized messages for different member segments
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights
  • Help manage project timelines, communicate updates, and keep stakeholders aligned
The Ideal Candidate

2-4 years' digital marketing experience

Experience using project management software

Keen attention to detail and project management capabilities

Plusses/Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiar with lifecycle marketing or digital engagement
  • Willing to learn marketing analytics tools and platforms

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
