Job Summary
Monitor and actively engage with audiences across Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns that align with organizational initiatives and events.
Research trending topics, hashtags, and best practices to inform social strategy.
Help create and edit short-form content, including reels, stories, and videos.
Identify and engage with influencers, ambassadors, and key voices in the horse racing and equestrian industries.
Track social platform updates and algorithm shifts to optimize content performance.
Manage digital assets and relationships with in-kind sponsors and brand ambassadors.
Support the creation and distribution of weekly and monthly e-newsletters.
Contribute to the ongoing maintenance of the Secretariat Center website.
Take on additional marketing and communications tasks as needed.

Microsoft Office apps, photography, and social media.
