Job Type: Contract - Onsite
Pay Range: $70 p/hr- $75 p/hr

Job Description: Marketing Product Manager Hybrid - Redmond, WA
Candidate Requirements
7+ years of hands-on market research experience, preferably with some client-side background.
Must have direct market research experience in technology or subscription consumer spaces, be proactive, independent, and collaborative. Focus on market research skills/background.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end market research projects, including scoping, methodology design, vendor management, and insight delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, strategy) to identify research needs and translate business questions into actionable studies.
Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to uncover trends, customer behaviors, and market opportunities.
Synthesize findings into compelling narratives and present insights to senior stakeholders.
Manage external research partners and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
Maintain and evolve research best practices, tools, and frameworks.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or a related field.
Strong background in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver strategic insights.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a corporate or agency setting.
Top 3 Hard Skills Required
1. Hands-on Market Research Experience (7+ years): Must include primary research (custom, not just syndicated), both qualitative and quantitative.
2. Project Management Experience: Ability to independently scope, manage, and deliver research projects.
3. Experience in Technology/Subscription Consumer Space: Direct experience in relevant industries is preferred over general consumer packaged goods backgrounds.
Preferred: Experience in technology. Familiarity with agile research methods and rapid iteration cycles.
Product value proposition design working closely with product development/planning, pricing, positioning, and business/revenue strategy for a product(s).
