Job Title

Specific Responsibilities Would Include:

  • Own the social media calendar and collaborates across departments to activate campaigns, promotions, and timely cultural moments in real time.
  • Manage the development and execution of social media content to communicate key initiatives and brand stories.
  • Responsible for community management, growth and engagement.
  • Manage VIP master list and influencer outreach for both paid and organic campaigns.
  • Handle all organic posting across social platforms (specifically, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok)
  • Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize content strategies accordingly.
  • Provide data-driven reports that distill performance into key insights, actionable takeaways, and strategic recommendations.
  • Manage and execute gifting programs
  • Event support as necessary
  • Regularly create organic content featuring yourself as the on-camera talent.
  • Plan and execute social-first photoshoots, while also leading social content capture during larger brand or campaign shoot days.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have:

  • 2-4 years minimum work experience in social media for a fashion, beauty, or entertainment brand, digital first/DTC brand experience a plus
  • Strong communicator, with attention to detail
  • Excellent project management skills; ability to balance multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest), trends, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc).
  • Can-do attitude open to all tasks associated with working for a start-up fast growing brand.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-platform content calendars.
  • A strong understanding of end-to-end social media campaign development, including creative ideation, execution, and performance analysis.
  • Experience working with creators, influencers, and affiliates to develop content (experience with ShopMy is a bonus).
  • Hands-on editing using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar tools to produce photo, video, and motion assets.
