The Role
Were hiring a Community Engagement Specialist to deepen trust, increase touchpoints, and maximize daily interaction across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube. This role is the connective tissue between brand and audience: responsive, intuitive, and relentlessly on-brand. Your mission? Make sure every comment, tag, DM, and affiliate moment doesnt just get noticedit gets activated.
What Youll Own
- Respond to 90%+ of comments on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube within 24 hours
- Clear out Instagram DMs and TikTok inbox daily; escalate affiliate/VIP leads to internal teams
- Repost affiliate stories, engage on affiliate content, and maintain brand voice across channels
- Monitor all tagged content and community mentions across platforms
- Build and maintain a living UGC deck for affiliate seeding and community outreach
- Develop engagement strategy for Instagram Broadcast Channel and YouTube Community tab
- Moderate any social media Lives on IG, TikTok, and YouTubeincluding setup, teardown, and real-time engagement
- Support giveaway logistics: outreach, winner comms, and gift fulfillment
- Flag community trends, viral moments, and brand-relevant conversations for internal teams
What Were Looking For
- 2+ years managing community engagement for a consumer-facing brand (womens eComm/wellness/lifestyle preferred)
- Deep knowledge of platform behaviorsIG replies, TikTok comment threads, Pinterest comments, YouTube shorts/community tab etiquette
- Hands-on experience with Lives, tagging, UGC sourcing, and direct-to-community engagement
- A quick, clever communicator who matches Buffbunnys tone and energy
- High attention to detailable to juggle comments, DMs, and trends without dropping the ball
- A human filter who knows when something in the comments is just noiseand when its gold

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
