  • Collaborate with internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders to produce content that meets brand guidelines.

  • Develop video content across multiple formats, including promotional videos, testimonials, event recaps, training clips, and social media snippets.

  • Maintain an organized archive of video assets and manage video production schedules.

  • Stay current on video trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate production quality.

  • Create an engaging and comfortable environment for on-camera participants, many of whom may be unfamiliar with being filmed.

  • Ensure technical quality during shoots, including lighting, audio, and framing.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in videography and video editing (portfolio/samples required).

  • Proficiency with editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).

  • Strong technical knowledge of camera operation, lighting, audio equipment, and related production tools.

  • Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.

  • Comfortable standing, walking, or moving around event spaces for extended periods.

  • Ability to set up and break down video, lighting, and audio equipment as needed.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites or off-site events.

Work Environment/Conditions:

  • The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work)

  • Work is in an open office environment with steady conversation and interruption

Benefits:

  • Medical/Dental/Vision health plans

  • HSA/FSA participation based on insurance plan

  • PTO/Sick/Holiday pay
