What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and lead conceptual design with hand sketching and visual storytelling
  • Collaborate closely with project architects, consultants, and clients
  • Manage the design narrative and process from vision through execution
  • Represent the firm’s aesthetic and values in every client interaction
  • Maintain strong relationships with builders and consultants
  • Ensure quality, detail, and client satisfaction across all phases

What You Bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in high-end residential design
  • Strong hand sketching and design development skills
  • Confident and communicative—without ego
  • A passion for detail, hospitality, and functional elegance
  • Ability to manage complex, high-touch client relationships
  • Experience working with consultants, vendors, and site teams

Compensation:
$120,000 per year
