Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a UX Designer to join their team! This position is located in Miami, Florida.

Duties:
  • Investigate user experience design requirements for the suite of digital assets
  • Develop and conceptualize comprehensive UI/UX design strategies for the brand
  • Produce high-quality UX design solutions, including wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
  • Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for digital platforms
  • Test UI components such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, designs, flows, and target links for landing pages
  • Collaborate with marketing teams and both internal and external designers to ensure the delivery of tailored digital user experiences
  • Provide guidance on implementing UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior
  • Adhere to brand style standards, including typography and graphic design guidelines
  • Generate multiple credible design solutions based on research and analysis
  • Demonstrate proficiency in shared design tools and software
  • Identify relevant design problems and opportunities within briefs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Participate in both divergent and convergent group design work
  • Work independently with minimal guidance to solve complex, open-ended problems
  • Explore, refine, and thoroughly document design solutions
  • Evaluate and iterate on concepts based on prototype feedback and testing results
Desired Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in UX/UI design
  • Knowledge of high-fidelity prototyping and user testing best practices
  • Ability to apply user-centric design principles across digital products and experiences
  • Experience designing technical and/or business-oriented web applications with a focus on usability and functionality
  • Proficiency in using Figma for design and prototyping workflows
  • Experience with Conversational Design or Natural Language interfaces, including IVR, chatbots, and similar technologies
  • Expertise in designing for conversational channels such as chatbots, IVR, SMS, assisted service, and related platforms
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work, from initial concepts and wireframes to interactive prototypes
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for collaboration and project support
  • Portfolio primarily consisting of professional design work
  • Experience contributing to one or more shipped products or established design programs
  • Ability to translate complex technical and business requirements into intuitive user experiences
  • Portfolio examples demonstrating experience with enterprise applications and e-commerce/shopping journeys
  • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA for project tracking and cross-functional collaboration

The approximate pay range for this position is between $36.96 and $52.80. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
