About the role:
As we grow and integrate AI into the US healthcare system, we seek a Content Marketing Specialist to execute initiatives that engage our target customers and promote our brand and products within a competitive landscape. This role reports to the Vice President of Go-To-Market Operations.
This position will be pivotal in strengthening Athelass leadership in digital healthcare and establishing it as the preferred technology partner for major health systems, including HCA Healthcare, Summa Health, and others.
Responsibilities:
- Craft high-quality content tailored to specialty practices to increase awareness and support lead generation.
- Create diverse marketing materials: case studies, white papers, email campaigns, social media posts, webinars, event speaking engagements, podcasts, Reels, Shorts, TikTok snippets, and more.
- Collaborate with the Events team to operationalize materials and collateral.
- Define goals, measure, and report on content performance.
- Research industry landscape to inform content strategy.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
First 6 Months Goals:
- Launch our Podcast stream.
- Develop a library of white papers and informational content based on our client sites.
- Create campaigns on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok to engage medical professionals.
- Expand Athelass online presence across platforms.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years in healthcare or health tech content marketing, preferably in B2B software.
- Exceptional writing skills and attention to detail, able to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Proactive, willing to test and learn new approaches.
- Innovative mindset towards healthcare content delivery.
- Willing to travel to Salt Lake City, UT, and San Francisco, CA.
- Proven content creation portfolio across formats and channels.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced settings.
