What You'll Do (The Exciting Stuff!)

Strategic Grant Leadership

Develop and execute annual funding strategies that align with our mission
Research and identify new funding opportunities that expand our impact
Create compelling proposals that tell our story and secure vital resources
Relationship Building & Community Impact

Partner with program teams to understand and showcase their incredible work
Build lasting relationships with private funders and community partners
Host site visits that give funders firsthand experience of our impact
Data-Driven Success

Track and analyze grant outcomes to maximize future success
Create powerful narratives using data, infographics, and compelling storytelling
Contribute to our Annual Report and agency communications
Leadership & Collaboration

Collaborate with our leadership team on resource development
Lead cross-departmental meetings to gather the insights needed for winning proposals

What Makes You Perfect for This Role

Essential Experience

1+ years of grant writing or technical writing experience
Strong communication skills that can engage diverse audiences
Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively

Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background check
Comfortable with computer work and lifting up to 40 pounds occasionally
