Associate Creative Project Manager (Hybrid) Job at Cella in Bentonville

Location: Bentonville, ArkansasJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $43 - 48 per hourOur client's internal creative agency engine, Creative Project Management, is responsible for connecting all functions and managing end-to-end workflows to ensure all campaigns and initiatives are delivered with excellence. The Associate Creative Project Manager works closely with Project Managers, Account Management, Creative, and Production daily to ensure projects move seamlessly through the system and that potential challenges are addressed early.Responsibilities:

Partner with your connected Account Manager on project intake, ensuring resources are appropriately assigned and jobs are initiated in your project management system.

Develop detailed project schedules, keeping Account, Creative, and Production teams aligned and informed of key milestones, timeline shifts, and changes in deliverables.

Support the execution of creative work across various media channels (digital, print) and ensure timelines reflect the nuances of each deliverable type.

Guide projects from start to finish and serve as a "go-to" person for project status updates.

Ensure project milestones are updated as projects progress through the agency.

Own and run internal status meetings and documents to maintain clarity on weekly milestones, meetings, and deliverables.

Proactively identify and communicate scheduling, resourcing, or other potential challenges, and offer solutions to the Account Manager and creative team.

Follow up with creative and production teams to ensure they have the necessary information and assets to complete the job, and that they are working toward key timing milestones.

Liaise with the Account Manager and other partners to ensure work is routed to the appropriate cross-functional teams while in development (e.g., legal, trademark).

Communicate effectively with internal and external cross-functional partners.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

1 year of project management experience at an advertising agency or in-house creative group, or relevant work experience.

Experience supporting creative-based projects of various sizes.

1 year of experience delivering print or digital signage projects is preferred.

Workfront experience is a plus.
