Location: Westlake Village, CA (On-site or Hybrid)

Compensation: $65,000 $100,000/year depending on qualifications (no benefits currently)

About the Role

Were looking for a highly capable and client-savvy Paid Media Buyer to join our growing agency team. Youll lead strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, and Google, working on dynamic campaigns for national and emerging brands. This role blends media buying expertise with client-facing communication, so were seeking someone who is both analytically sharp and people-first.

What Youll Do

• Develop, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
• Own Top and Mid-funnel strategy across brand campaigns, translating client goals into cohesive media plans.
• Present weekly performance updates to clientsconfidently leading calls with 510 stakeholders and simplifying data into digestible insights.
• Work closely with creative, account, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and impactful.
• Monitor real-time performance, manage pacing, and address fires/asks that occasionally arise over weekends.
• Stay deeply familiar with client verticals, becoming an expert in the category and brand tone.

Who You Are

• 23 years of hands-on experience running large-scale paid media campaigns.
• Skilled in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of media strategy, audience targeting, and creative best practices.
• Excellent communicator - youre at ease presenting to clients, explaining metrics, and leading meetings.
• Comfortable with fast-moving campaigns, evolving goals, and occasional off-hours problem-solving.
• Coachable, resourceful, and eager to level up quickly.
• Location: Preference for candidates in or near Westlake Village, CA
• Salary: $65,000$100,000 depending on experience
