With no traditional sales team, CDM's growth has been powered almost entirely by client referrals and expansion, driven by exceptional service delivery and performance.Our Enterprise Unit partners with high-value, high-touch clients, many of whom manage marketing budgets of $500,000-$1M+ monthly. We operate as strategic advisors, integrating deeply with client teams to support not just advertising performance, but sales process improvement, customer experience, and long-term profitability.Who We're Looking For:We are seeking a Senior Account Director to lead and grow a portfolio of large-scale, Enterprise clients. This role goes beyond traditional account management-you will serve as a strategic growth advisor, consultant, and thought partner to executives within some of the most established home improvement businesses in North America.You'll be responsible for retention, upsell strategy, stakeholder engagement, and translating performance marketing data into actionable executive-level insights. This is a leadership-level role requiring a blend of strategic thinking, performance marketing fluency, cross-functional coordination, and executive communication.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the strategic lead for 3-5 Enterprise accounts ($500K+ monthly ad spend each)Build deep, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (VP/C-suite level)Run high-impact monthly and quarterly business reviews focused on ROAS, CPL, conversion rates, and downstream sales metricsTranslate complex performance data into clear, actionable narratives that align with client business objectivesOwn client retention and revenue growth KPIs; forecast and prevent churn risksAct as internal advocate for clients across CDM departments (media buying, creative, analytics)Proactively identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across platforms and servicesProvide ongoing strategic consultation across Paid Search, Paid Social, and CRM/email strategiesAnalyze client performance across multi-touch funnels; identify root causes of underperformanceCollaborate with analysts to build custom reports and data stories that drive executive decision-makingLead cross-departmental initiatives involving media buyers, strategists, designers, and developersEnsure flawless execution of campaign strategies and testing roadmapsEscalate and resolve complex operational issues in a timely, professional mannerMentor junior Client Success Managers and participate in departmental knowledge-sharingModel leadership behaviors rooted in accountability, communication, and proactivityParticipate in internal growth initiatives and strategic planning within the Enterprise UnitSkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseWhat We Are Looking For:6+ years in a client-facing, B2B role involving strategic account ownership4+ years in a performance marketing agency environment2+ years managing $500K+/month accounts and reporting directly to VP/C-suiteExperience working directly with Paid Social (Meta) and Paid Search (Google) teamsProven success driving upsells, account expansion, and high retentionStrong analytical mindset-fluent in turning media performance data into business insightsExcellent communication skills; able to present to senior executives with clarity and confidenceDeep curiosity, initiative, and self-direction; thrives in a fast-paced environmentPost-secondary education required (business, marketing, or analytics preferred)Preferred Qualifications:Past experience as a media buyer or performance strategistExperience in home improvement, ecommerce, or lead generation industriesFormal training or demonstrated excellence in executive storytellingComfort with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Sheets, Looker, and HubSpotExperience working cross-functionally with technical and creative teamsBenefitsCompetitive base salary + performance-based bonusesFlexible remote work environment with option for in-person collaborationGroup Benefits - Health, Dental & MoreCompany-provided Macbook computerHome Office Budget + Merch delivery to get you startedWork Abroad Policy: Need a new working environment?
